From Infrastructure to Inflation, You’ll Never Guess What Americans Really Think of Biden’s Presidency

As President Biden announces his re-election bid, Americans have been weighing in on his accomplishments and failures during his time in office. While some tout his successes, many are disappointed with his lack of leadership and accomplishments.

According to a Gallup poll, Biden’s approval rating has hit an all-time low of 37%, with 59% of U.S. adults disapproving of his presidency. Even younger voters, ages 18-29, are not satisfied, with only 36% approving of his performance.

Americans pointed out the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, high inflation rates, and the ongoing border crisis as some of the President’s biggest failures. Peter blames Biden’s decision to shut down energy production, which raised the cost of everything, as the most significant failure.

On the other hand, some Americans praised Biden for passing the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which will create two million jobs annually for ten years, according to the White House. Others liked his work protecting abortion rights and reducing student loan debt.

Regardless, Biden’s time in office has been marred with criticism and disappointment. Only time will tell if he can turn things around and gain the support of the American people.
