Another Biden blunder: Guess who’s in hot water now?

In a bombshell revelation, former Attorney General William Barr has called on current Attorney General Merrick Garland to release a crucial FBI document that allegedly exposes a criminal bribery scheme involving President Joe Biden. Barr, in an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, emphasized the need for transparency and equal treatment in the Justice Department’s investigations of both President Trump and the Bidens.

Barr pointed out the glaring double standard that has been plaguing the Department of Justice, stating that Special Counsel Jack Smith’s indictment of Trump for mishandling classified documents has raised serious concerns among Republican voters. “AG Garland should move quickly with concrete steps to address it,” Barr urged.

He further stressed that the American public deserves to know that the ongoing investigations into the Bidens’ mishandling of classified material and their broader business dealings are being pursued with the same level of rigor as the case against Trump. Barr expressed particular concern over recent reports suggesting possible attempts to undermine the Delaware investigation, which has been led by U.S. Attorney David Weiss for nearly four years.

The document in question, known as the FD-1023, allegedly reveals that Joe Biden received a staggering $5 million as part of a bribery scheme orchestrated by an executive from Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas company. Hunter Biden, the president’s son, served on the board of Burisma during this time, raising questions about the influence exerted over U.S. policy decisions.

The FD-1023, dated June 30, 2020, contains interviews conducted by the FBI with a highly credible confidential source who had multiple meetings and conversations with a top Burisma executive from 2015 onwards. After initial resistance, the FBI allowed the House Oversight Committee to review the document with redactions, but House Republicans are demanding its full release.

Barr emphasized that in light of the circumstances, Attorney General Garland should seriously consider providing Chairman Comer and his Senate supporters access to the FD-1023, taking necessary precautions to protect the safety and identity of the confidential source.

The former Attorney General acknowledged the DOJ’s policy against sharing raw reports but stressed that the unique situation called for a more proactive approach. He commended the efforts of congressional Republicans who diligently exposed the false Russian collusion claims in 2017, and he believes that allowing them to review the document could shed light on the truth.

Barr concluded by emphasizing the importance of protecting the safety of confidential sources throughout this process, asserting that transparency and accountability are key to maintaining public trust. As the demand for answers intensifies, Republican voters and lawmakers eagerly await decisive action from Attorney General Garland.
